Welcome to our creative space, where imagination thrives and inspires limitless possibilities! Our nearly 5,000 sq feet location is conveniently near cities like El Segundo, Inglewood, and Marina del Rey, with easy access to the 105 and 405 freeways for quick highway connections. We are less than a 10-minute drive from LAX, but not on the flight path and far enough to avoid any noise disruption within the space. The studio space boasts a clean, industrial, yet modern design, providing an intimate and private atmosphere suitable for a range of clients—whether you’re a medium-sized group or a couple of individuals looking for a successful meeting or filming experience. Our entire facility is perfect for meetings, photo and video shoots, car shoots, TikToks, e-commerce, and various events.

We offer parking, make-up & wardrobe rooms, and production supplies in our rental rates and add-ons. Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on specific requirements.     • $150/hour

    • 1 - 15 people: $99/hour

    • 16 - 20 people: $125/hour

    • 21 - 40 people: $200/hour

    • 41 - 61 people: $350/hour

    • 3 Extra Parking Spots: $50 per spot per day

    • VIP Green Room = $125 per day

      • Extra storage room or Office

    • Storage room Access (overnight storage) = $100 to $250 per day or based on EQ that is needed to be stored. 

      • For crews renting multiple days and over the weekend

    • AV TV = $125 per day

    • Avenger C-Stand Turtle Base (7x) = $150 per  

    • Avenger Combo Stand (2x) =  $250 each 

    • Overhead Medium Roller (2x) = $250 each

    • Fresh Coat of White = $300 ( for supplies & labor) 

    • Damage fee = $500 - $1000

    • $150 minimum – Using powder, flour, chalk, confetti, glitter, or other hard-to-clean substances.

    • $200/hr

    • Over 35 people: $350/hr

    • 3 Extra Parking Spots: $25 per spot/per day
