ONA is in search of an experienced digital strategist at the Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor level to help manage and drive digital programs on behalf of our clients. In this role, you will lead a small team, and execute social media strategy and campaigns. You will have strong project and account management skills and will serve as a digital lead and subject-matter expert on lifestyle accounts. Develop and execute social media campaigns from inception to execution that ladder up to client strategy and marketing plans. Campaign development includes research, strategic planning, content development, creative direction, approach for paid advertising, and assisting with or guiding measurement and reporting.
Responsible for strategic guidance for all things digital. This means having a solid understanding of all digital channels and platforms including search, email, web, paid advertising and social media and how they work together.
Develop analysis, recommendations, and rationale for emerging digital and social marketing campaigns.
Creative storyteller and strong copywriter.
Educate agency teams on social/digital trends, insights, strategies and best practices.
Will be responsible for flawless execution of complex social and digital communications strategies.
Lead the social media team in drafting proposals, budgets, and timelines for client projects and digital campaigns.
Exhibit a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches.
Interested in trends and current events.
Required Skill & Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Social/Digital marketing and/or related fields.
A demonstrated track record of developing large scale social media programs on behalf of clients large and small. Strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
A deep understanding of the role that social and digital media plays in a client’s communication program.
Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to take on any task or ask, no matter how big or small.
Fun and collaborative, looking to help lead and develop a great team of passionate digital marketers.
Ability to pivot quickly as client needs and priorities shift (which is often).
Excellent project management skills.
Proactive, responsive and possesses superior communication skills.
Proficiency in the following would be a plus:
Strong knowledge of paid social and SEO/SEM is a plus.
Video editing and shooting skills.
Work with Keynote and Google Docs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
