Minimum of 2 years work experience in Project Management or Account Supervision.
Our PM should be capable to handle a wide range of projects and lead the team with a high degree of independence and sound judgment. For this specific position, account management or project management experience with digital clients is a must.
Must have experience managing employees.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing space. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and creative best practices.
Production skills, skilled in handling direct client contact, demonstrates program development and presentation skills, as well as the ability to counsel clients and grow the business.
Strong copywriting abilities that can translate to writing brand decks.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Including high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Digital is about growth and change, you continually seek new ways to learn and improve.
Must have an eye for design.
