Minimum 6 years experience in marketing developing creative work.
Minimum 6 years experience in the digital marketing with strong knowledge of digital marketing space. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, creative best practices, measurement, media buying and ad formats.
3+ years managing and supervising people.
3+ years of client presentation experience.
Strong deck skills.
Ideal candidate will have experience with everything from global advertising campaigns to tactical social media execution.
A sense of urgency, ability to multitask and a can-do attitude.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt as needed.
Ability to write copy and/or art-direction on content (pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post).

Oversee creative from concept to creation which includes leading creative sessions and briefing creatives in order to create thoughtful and impactful executions.
Working directly with the client to develop brand identities, marketing strategy, marketing plans, digital & social media strategies.
Will oversee multiple editorial calendars.
Will assist in pitching new work by developing pitch decks.
Develop daily, weekly and monthly social run of show.
Interface with clients on a day to day basis.
Brief and even sometimes write creative copy.
Develop shot lists.
Art Direct photographers.
Scout creative talent to join the ONA team.
Must always be aware of latest trends in digital and bring new creative ideas to the table.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator.
This position will include occasional weekend work from home.
Candidate must come with a portfolio of work that includes detailed information on how work was completed and what the results were.
Candidate will be asked to do a project.
Nice to haves:

* Work with Keynote and Google Docs.
* HTML/coding experience.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
